How do I book a shuttle?
By phone at 06 88 14 67 82, or using the form on our booking page. Please provide the pick-up address, destination, date, time, and number of passengers: you will receive a written confirmation with a fixed price.
How far in advance should I book?
24 hours is generally sufficient. For weddings, groups, or departures during strike days, please book as early as possible.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
Prices and payment
Is the price fixed?
Yes. It is calculated before the trip and does not change, even in case of traffic jams. It includes fuel, tolls, parking, and luggage. See our price list.
Is the price per person?
No, the price is per vehicle, for up to 4 passengers in a sedan, 7 in a van, and 9 in a minibus.
How can I pay?
Credit card on board, cash, bank transfer, or an invoice with VAT for corporate clients.
Are there any surcharges?
A surcharge may apply between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM and on public holidays. It is always quoted before booking.
Airports, train stations, and delays
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real-time and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. 45 minutes of waiting time are included after landing.
Where will the chauffeur meet me?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name, at Roissy, Orly, Beauvais, Deauville, or Caen-Carpiquet. At train stations, in front of the main concourse.
What about SNCF strikes?
We continue to operate at our standard rates, subject to vehicle availability. See for example SNCF strike in Rouen or SNCF strike in Caen.
On board
How much luggage can I bring?
Four suitcases and four pieces of cabin luggage in a sedan, up to nine suitcases in a 9-seater minibus. Skis, golf clubs, bicycles, and instruments available on request.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, baby seats and booster seats are provided at no extra charge: please specify the ages when booking.
Are animals accepted?
Yes, in a travel crate for small animals, and by prior arrangement for large dogs.
Can I smoke or vape?
No, the vehicles are non-smoking. We are happy to take a break if the trip is long.

Where do you operate?
From Rouen, throughout Normandy (Seine-Maritime, Eure, Calvados, Orne, Manche) and to Paris and its airports. The full list is on the destinations page.
Do you handle long-distance trips?
Yes, anywhere in France upon request: Brittany, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux, as well as connections to Belgium and the UK via ports and terminals.
